A set includes an adapter and 2 cleaning tabs and instructions. For example, the adapter fits exactly to the white 1/4 inch hose of the ionizer or to other drinking water systems. Other adapter sizes for other connections, please inquire via email first.
 
Instructions: Disinfection of the table water system eg ionizer
 
Danger:Disinfection greatly shortens the life of the filters! We always recommend disinfectionbeforea filter change!
The disinfection set enables you to carry out simple, effective chemical maintenance cleaning and disinfection of the water filter systems.
The disinfection set meets the requirements of DIN 6650-6.
Disinfection E.g. of ionizer (with built-in filter):
1. Close the valve or water supply. Remove the filter mesh in the adapter (if present).
2. Connect the disinfection adapter to the water line in front of the ionizer.
3. Place one or more cleaning tablets in the adapter.
4. Open the water supply again until some water comes out of the tap, then close it again and let the disinfectant work for a maximum of 20 minutes.
5. Rinse sufficiently until clear and odorless water without detergent comes out.
6. Close the valve or water supply and replace the filters. If present, reinstall the filter mesh in the adapter. You can leave the adapter on the connection, the small filter also prevents larger limestone from getting into the ionizer!
7. Reopen the water supply. If necessary, rinse again until clear and odorless water comes out. Complete!

The cleaning tablets must not be in the hands of children! In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water! Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Avoid formation of dust.
Do not breathe dust. Appropriate protective clothing. Provide an eye wash bottle or eye shower in the work area. Wash hands and face thoroughly after use. If swallowed, do not drink water, due to possible foaming effect, please see a doctor immediately!
